Returns Information Page

At Quantock we want to make returning items from your Quantock order easy.

Fill in the returns form below, or alternatively drop us an email to hello@QuantockGBR.com, and we will support you from there.

Returns are free from the UK, apart from Quantock 2014 or specified sale items, which will carry a nominal £2.50 charge per return delivery.  This will be deducted from your refund total. Where applicable, refund amounts will be made back to the payment card used for the original order payment within 3 to 5 days of returns receipt.  Availability of cleared funds will be dependent on banking protocols, which are outside of our control.

We kindly ask that:

• Returned items are unwashed and cared for as if your own.
• You package up returned items safely and securely.
• Unless an item is faulty, returns are to be made within 30 days of receipt.

Should we have any queries regarding your return, we will contact you via the given email provided to us with the original associated order.
